VENDOR AGREEMENT
Throne Room Prayer Conference – April 11, 2025
This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date signed below by and between The Throne Room Prayer Conference ("Organizer") and the undersigned vendor ("Vendor") for participation in the Prayer Conference on Saturday, April 11, 2025.

Date: Saturday, April 11, 2025
Location: 1304 N. Graham St. Memphis, TN 38122
Set-Up Time: 7:00 AM
Event Start Time: 9AM
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must arrive on time and be fully set up and ready to serve by 8:30AM.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean and organized throughout the event.
Vendors must provide their own displays, and any necessary equipment unless otherwise arranged. 6ft tables will be provided by request.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in alignment with the nature of the prayer conference.
Payment & Fees (if applicable)
$150 (conference registration included)
Liability & Indemnification
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Vendor’s property.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Vendor’s participation.
Agreement & Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Vendor agrees to comply with the terms outlined above.
